The Trolls Hags have a few tasks including performing sacrifices in honor of the nature spirits, caring for the wounded and sick, and, to fuel through sacrifices and magic the hidden Runic Doors that makes it impossible to reach the Trollhule, the secret reign under the mountain of King Drungvandel.
